TIME TO COOK

1) Wash the seafood mix, dried fish, okra and locust beans separately.

2) Divide the okra into two groups, slice the first group into big chunks and grate the other group.

3) Put your cooking pot on the fire and add your stock to boil for 5 minutes .

4) Pour in the grated okra and mix (you can add a little more stock if it is still thick) reduce the fire as soon as it starts to bubble.

5) Add the crab, shrimps, locust beans, dried fish and chopped okra.

6) Add crayfish, dry pepper, seasoning (you can add a pinch of salt depending on the intensity of flavour you are going for).
